Or the paradox of being the most vibrant cultural space in the city.
Description
This contemporary art and cultural space in the district of Arganzuela was built as an industrial municipal slaughterhouse and cattle market in Madrid. Today its rooms host a large number of exhibitions, artistic interventions, cinema and cultural events. As a curiosity its huge and characteristic water deposit was one of the five that its architect Luis Bellido planned to build in 1910. However only one was built becoming the most charming symbols of Legazpi Square.
